Each player is dealt a set number of cards at the start of the game, typically ten, with the remaining cards m𝑠𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑎 𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑔aking up the draw pile. The discard pile is initiated by placing the top card face-up from the draw pile. The players alternately draw a card from the discard pile or the draw pile, then discard one card from their hand.
